Splitters
I think they are somewhat going to look like the M3 ones:

Diffuser
It looks almost exactly like the BMW Performance diffuser. And looks very close to the iCarbon one:

Thanks for those pics Bogart. You gotta wonder how this rear diffuser is only $350 when the BMW Performance one is $1200 more. And also, if that center fin is worth the extra $400 with the iCarbon one.

Most likely this is a reproduction of the BMW Performance one but made in fiberglass or another material and then carbon dipped or covered in carbon film on top. No way is it real carbon fiber.

To be honest I wouldn't really care at this point as the weight savings are minimal at best and i think closer to non-existent. I just want the look honestly...as long as it fits unlike my CF diffuser I bought from "he who shall not be named" way back when (old hats on 1addict know whom I speak of).

Well, something to consider. The Carbon Fiber front lip for my Subaru was $300. The carbon fiber front lip from iCarbon I had on my BMW was $700. The Subaru front lip was bigger, bolted to the car properly, and was made completely of real CF. The iCarbon lip didnt attach as well, and was smaller than the Subaru lip, using less CF. So why the $400 difference? My opinion is because people who buy Euro cars tend to have more money, so companies like to charge more because they can. I'm not saying that this newly discovered company is using real CF, I'm just saying that Euro parts cost more when they shouldnt. |

Typically new Carbon Fiber parts have an initial mark-up, because the molds and the process are very expensive. Then economics comes in to play as people don't buy them for that high price, and they have to sell them for cheaper... Hence, iCarbon *sales* all over the place... as well as some quality issues, which when dealing with a material like Carbon Fiber and Epoxy Resin, it is very difficult to make quality parts... However, I think Scopione, if these parts are indeed real, is selling them with a very low mark-up compared to the likes of BMW or iCarbon.

Plus the mold is already made for them, all they did was copy the BMW version.
The splitters look like the Carbon3D lip without the center piece. |

Hmmm... something somewhat weird just happened. They sent me an email that said the shipping label did not print through Paypal and that it would be shipped through UPS. Then a guy by the name of Mike contacted me, info listed below, and said they had to make a new label since my address was unconfirmed. He said they would be shipping today. But, when I click on the new tracking number, it still goes to the UPS site and says the following:
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." Our office hours: Mon-Fri: 10am-9pm Phone: 1(800)-820-6346 -- Ext 3 Mike Email: info@ScopioneUSA.com

That UPS status is normal for them. That means exactly what it says. Its similar to USPS's status of "Electronic shipping onfo received, check back later for more updates" or something like that. Basically it says the process has started. You might not see a change in that status for a day or two. Doesnt mean that it hasn't moved, just means that UPS's system is slow. I've had it say that the shipping label was printed for 4-5 days AFTER I got the package. |

I'm supposed to be ordering the iCarbon one tonight. I wish this site was found sooner, I could use that spare $400 on something else.
