To be CPO'ed it must be done by a BMW delaer. However once branded a CPO'ed BMW it stays that way till the warranty expires.

And the warranty transfer from owner to owner. So even if it lands on a used car lot, a CPO'ed BMW is still that.

Intrestng to find a CPO'ed 1 series so soon, but it is possible.

25,800$ and i found out the car was a BMW executive that owned it for a few months ....

The more I see the red leather the more I wish I took that option instead of the black leatherette. Can't go wrong with it.

I do agree with earlier post that some of the savings should be plowed right back into a full carbon fiber trim job though.
