Very much interested. Cool initiative!
My personal take would be the UK version. For Australia, the official number of 1Ms was 302 from BMW Australia.

Great idea. If it is relatively discreet and attached w double sided tape, I'd be interested.
Thanks for doing this.

I'd be down as long as it's not too exxy. Like the full name with 1 of 302 (for Australia).
Good work!

Although I would prefer a combo of 1 and 3... I actually like the full name that BMW gave the car... I originally thought it was a bit awkward but it's grown on me... Last edited by Harlequin; 08-28-2014 at 06:02 AM.. |

You should be able to figure it out based on your VIN # Quote:
There's a couple of companies in the US that I have to contact for CNC milling and see what they say. Will post here what feedback I get Quote:

These look awesome. My only note would be not to call it a limited edition because while the 1m was extremely limited, it technically was not a limited edition car and never promoted as so from BMW.

Also, Although the US kept getting their quota updated periodically due to demand, we received exactly 300 of them so "Limited Edition" is not that much of a stretch... |

The great thing about this is that it's fully customizable. I'll be designing them for you to your liking. So whether you want to say limited or not, I can put anything you want.
Another suggestion would be putting your VIN # instead of a XXX / XXX. At least you know your VIN is accurate. And you can put the last seven digits, up to you. |

OP, great initiative and that you're allowing 'to each their own': Since this is not an official BMW plaque and BMW forgot to label the 1M as 'limited edition', now individuals can rectify this for themselves.
Canada has the metric FIFO system; since you bought last, you're #220 out of 220! |
