Dealers were given the plant closing/opening schedule. My CA looked it up when I was there to sign my deposit receipt. Maybe dbtheo or Excitmnt94 can verify that it's the 14th. Seems strange to resume on a Friday although I'm not sure if they work around the clock or on weekends.

I don't think so man, For example 2010 M5 SOP is 03/09? Doesn't make sense for them to start producing a car that isn't sold as often so early.
Same for the m6. Also the 5 Series SOP is 03/09. Weird.

"03/09" in most of the world means 3rd of Sept. Only in North America does it mean 9th March.

Mine's scheduled for 09/09/36, which my CA told me meant that the car should go into production Week 36 in September 2009. Week 36 is the first week of September. Hopefully Monday, September 1. Heh.

nice man, I got the same options except I chose Sport instead of M sport because of the wheels, and I didn't get comfort access and anti theft, but purchased Park distance control. Our cars may be on the same boat on the way here

I only got the M Sport for the headliner. I am going to swap out the wheels for the Sport wheels.

OO true haha, I've never seen the anthracite headliner. Ignorance is bliss my friend. In fact, I've never driven manual in a 135i, or heard the premium sound system in the 135i, or coral red in the car. I could only find a test drive model with premium package with black / black to test, that had auto

Hmmm. I like the look of the M Sport wheels.
You know, I'm really growing tired of seeing "Only new vehicles can be added by production number. If your vehicle is currently in production, it is possible it has not yet entered our system." every time I try to add my production number to the Owner's Circle. Maybe I should cut back to trying only once a day instead of five or six times. |

I'm in the same situation...I just hope the errors are logged and their servers overloaded because they refuse to answer us.
My dealer told me first week of septmeber so that's what I'm going on. I've nagged him enough, but if the site doesn't allow us to put in production numbers by next week, he might be getting another phone call. Of course their computers don't even have 2010 pricing yet. Also annoying, when adding "other" cars to the profile...no MINI brand listed! I'm used to it missing at other sites, but from BMW!?
