I'm still not quite sure which colour I'll take but I'll most probably go for black sapphire with shadow line, 216 wheels and terra leather.
Some black sapphire pics I didn't see here, yet... |

Quick question...would black sapphire metallic hide scratches/swirlmarks better than jet black? I was almost 100% convinced on SGM, but after seeing these pics I have to say black is looking even better. My only concern is how black will look after a couple of years. Any people care to share from experience with thier jet/sapphire cars?

trust me from experience, jet black is hard to keep clean and swirl free! you can also see defects a lot easier but IMO it looks so sexy it would be worth it for me. To me Saphire looks too bland compared to jet black but i here you dont have to worry about leaving marks as much since its metallic.

Current Jet Black Owner
I currently have a '95 318 convertible in jet balck and I love the color, especially on bimmers. However, I've had it repainted several times because it is a scratch magnet. I'm in the process of ordering a 128 and I've considered all the metallic alternatives to jet black, but I simply can't resist it. Ultimately I had to ask myself what color do I really want to look at every day and since '95 nothing beats a jet black bimmer.
My 2 cents |

It's just about the same drop touted by the H&R Super Sports.
