Really glad to see that Chris approves. I highly value his opinion as an automotive journalist. Straight-shooter.

since when does BMW allow cars to be test driven when they are not even unveiled yet?
this is the first I have seen of this, this was not done with the M3, I wonder if they will do this with the M5/M6

I remember watching his M3 video. It makes me that much more interested because he says it feels like an NA engine.

It's called M (marketing) division. Most likely because this is the most exciting M car to come out since the M3. They have to make all the comparisons they can to the E30, be nostalgic and hype it up as much as they can. |

chris harris, a man who praises the gt3 rs as the end all be all of automotive design and engineering, knows what he is talking about.
for those of you hating on him, put the kool aid down! he knows what he is talking about and is the type of enthusiast who actually knows how to drive - not a Clarkson, who has a loud mouth and a slow lap time. Harris actually races, drives well, and can be a good journalist. what was remarkable was how linear the power felt. the one comment i have about my n54 is that it is not there, then its there, and then it falls on its face at 5500rpm. what makes an m car is living above 5k rpm. thats my biggest fear about getting a turbo m car - considering you live above 5krpm at the track. overall, this car is very exciting. I can't wait to see the final product!

Who is Chris Harris? You gotta catch up quickly man. Google. In the meantime, all you need to do on this topic is to trust him.

What? Go check him out. There's quite a bit more going on in the auto world across the Atlantic than you think.
