Please confirm this:
The difference between this one and say the burger tuning one is that: Burger tuning: Open by default, takes longer for car to warm up. Bad for short trips. AD: Waits until 90c, then opens up. Allows car to warm up first, then opens up earlier. |

Just to gather some thoughts from you all.
The oil temp on mine was pretty much maxed out at 120 on my first Wakefield outing last Sunday. In the afternoon sessions when it was hot and humid, the temp consistently marked 120. Although I have no doubt this low temp thermostat will bring the temp down to a comfortable zone even on a hottest summer day on track, I admit that I'm a little concerned the temp would get too low(<~100) in normal driving. What do you guys think? |

Correct me if I'm wrong please.
The car actively aims to heat the oil to 100c, this allows it to evaporate any water in the oil. Also JB4 starts working at 90c so you want it to be higher Also this is just a guess but the viscosity of the oil will be at its warm rating past 100c and is able to better coat the engine.

Thank you everyone who sent me a PM. There are still quite a few to go. Please remember to include your email. Once I have everyone's details I'll be emailing from here on out as it's too hard to organise things through 1addicts PMs.
Andy has advised that he has only 10 units in stock at the moment and it will take 2 weeks for him to complete the other 12+ units. That means that there is still time to get in on the group buy however there will be a bit of a delay for those after the initial 10. I am awaiting his invoice for the first 10 which will let me let you guys know the exact pricing per unit inclusive of shipping. I will be factoring in shipping to the other states into this price which may only be a couple or few dollars per person.

Thanks again for the PMs. The list has been updated. Still awaiting emails, names from a few more.
Andy hasn't been as diligent with his replies over the past 24-48 hours unfortunately. I have requested that he invoice me so that I can pay in full for the first 10 and then I will send out emails to request payment from everyone. Hopefully he'll get back to me soon.
