Your roads are crud and are scary to me.

That said, you're still a champ for handling the whole thing so well.

I was telling people at dorkfest about how there is an insane 1Mer who daily drives his baby through NY, and how he inspires me to try to not be a tool.

i've put 5000+ miles on my 1M in 1.75 months of ownership! almost all NYC and metro NYC area miles......and it's been great! i've enjoyed every minute of it. Love this car and i'm not spending all this money to park it in my garage....i paid this money to drive it all the time every chance i get!!

there are occasional issues like this crazy flat tire and being stranded in the middle of the night on a sketchy street with a shiny 1M...but oh well! all part of the adventure i guess right? All part of the story!

btw, i made it to work this morning....but these are the roads i usually use to access Long Island from NYC where i live. WOW. crisis diverted. I re-routed myself through inner roads earlier today. Am on call today at work....so i hope it resolves by this evening.

crazy stuff going on. So glad there is not a stuck Orange 1M in those videos! EEK.

It looked like a bulldog/pug hybrid on steroids being dragged to the vet' because it's paw got gnawed off while killing a polar bear with a pocketknife.

You know... With an "eccentric" owner who dyed it orange to shame it for eating the couch.

I dunno why that stuff is in my brain or why I fail to hide it from other people.

Anyway, why do any of you live in places that have... What's it called? "Wea...ther?" Seems silly. Move west. There's gold in them thar hillz, I tells yas!
