I feel the same way, I always want the CF to be a contrast between the colour of the car but greys and blacks with CF tends to be a bit harder to read

I didn't get the trunk, but I think another member did. I might end up getting it, but I can't decide if I want a whole trunk of just the spoiler.

In this picture, it looks to me like the CF fabric is wrinkled. I would totally expect the surface to be smooth and I am sure that it is. It just looks like the fabric itself was not pulled tight before the finish was applied.

hmm, yeah I see what you are saying. I think it's just the way the light is hitting it and maybe something to do with my camera. It doesn't show those lines when just looking at it and especially when you look closely.

Fitment doesn't look THAT bad, Dangerlucas, only the gaps on the sides would bother me. But, I suspect much like yourself, over time it wouldnt' even bother me. In regards to another thread we're exchanging in, do you think VIS would really be better than Seibon?

Also, it sounds like it's not quite closing all the way. Do you think pins would hold it down all the way?

not bad, wish it would go all the way down, from some angles it looks like the hood is open

I don't know much about VIS, so I can't really say if it'll be any better. Right now it's closing all the way. Well at least it's latching just fine and all. There is just no way the side will go down far enough to sit flush with the fendors. I can push them down and it will, but if I let go it pops right back up, so I do think that hood pins would do the trick.

It really does look like the hood is open from some angles and I've even had random people on the road try to tell me my hood is open (with gestures or at a light or something)

Vivid,

I saw when you posted in the iCarbon thread. The car looks great and it's making me seriously consider getting a wrap done. I've seen a few cars with wraps in person and it's amazing how good it looks. I can't wait to get my iCarbon pieces as well. Very jealous that you already have yours.

I think hood pins will do the trick. When I order my CF Hood, I will be looking into pins as well. I just wish 3D Design's wasn't $4k.
