Its because you painted them white. lol They dont follow the lines so a color like white exaggerates that. Pics!!!

Yeah, I like them on your car because the front is all white (grills too). I didn't like the look on mine. And that performance front is SICK! I guess we arent as identical as I thought we'd be lol!

They don't look tooooo bad....but still not good enough for me....where the eyelids come down near the center (grill side) does not flow properly for me, the horizontal hood line throws it off....I will just keep my bug-eyes. All that being said: The performance front IS sick...guess I should know to! |

BTW the 19 rims you have, any rubbing? I love the Vorn. style and I am thinking about since my rims can't last forever. Hey its all good, you CAR is about to be complete. I'm sure the wait was long and at times painful but the end result is going to be spectacular! Now I know that Walnut is close to LA next time I come up, maybe we can do a mini meet! Yeah the eyelids not lining up with that hood line messes with me...LOL. The splitters really do set off the Perf. bumper, just makes it a tad more aggressive (it really is not that busy...look at my gallery to see the splitters from various perspectives). The Vorsteiner wheels are some of the best designed wheels I have see for the 1er....but with a caveat (at least for me) the ceramic finish is not as good as I would have hoped and I have not had time to get with Jon@Jlevi about sorting it out (does not help that they are on the west coast and I am on the east). The wheels are very expensive as well...think HRE price range....if I had to do it again I think I would go with a different brand based on the cost alone. I had some rubbing with my suspension (KW V1) lowered but after some adjustments no rubbing except over VERY drastic dips or inclines at turn-offs (fast food joints, gas stations, etc)....this may have more to do with the square nature of the Goodyear Eagle F1 Assym. sidewalls though...switching to Yokohama Advan Neova's next week |

Bit unsure if I want to go ahead with it, think I'm going to wait for my iCARBON lip first. |

I've sustained top speeds for a LONG period of time, plus, plenty of laps on Nurburgring and I never even used additional tape.
