Does letting down the pressure in street tires have much effect?

These are the good months for DA but not so much for traction. Still keen to come out and mingle with the boys, especially cute ones like you Edwin.

Yep great time for drags April-June but if it gets any cooler traction is gonna be the main issue. I've seen a few other members on here that I think you will prefer over me Kenny BTW thanks again for that meth tank. Works perfectly and don't need to worry about meth in the WW anymore. |

Good comparison there, were these both done on the same night? Both cars didn't have DP's?

I would be making a few kw more than stu with the mid-pipes and fmic. I also (unfortunately) had about 80% fuel capacity as I havent driven much since I filled up last, so maybe a bit more weight - plus I am getting old and fat so I have a weight handicap with that too |

Steve's car has FMIC and mids and was running at least 16.5psi I reckon but could be a touch off. Stu had much warmer temps as his run was at 1pm midday but better track conditions whereas Steve had the advantage of cooler temps but not ideal track conditions. The FMIC does play a big role in a full 400m race. The stock IC dies in the ass after halfway down the track unless you have meth. Last edited by JB4-335; 06-27-2012 at 08:33 PM.. |

Think you need a FMIC when you have meth? Still haven't upgraded mine and am on the fence about it with meth
