Crab and lobster meat, mussels, clams, scallops, smoked oysters and salmon, shrimps, potatoes, heavy cream and butter, seasonings.

Full wings minus the tips that I removed and froze for when I make stock. Garlic marinade glaze. The best part is that they were 40% off per pound.

Pizza for tonight’s dinner. Pepperoni and olive, basil pesto with feta and Kalamata olives.

I’m finally reaching the point where my baking looks good, not just tasting good. Uniform, precise and professional. Not everything yet, cinnamon swirl scones tasted amazing but fell apart trying to serve them. I’m getting there.

Honeyed goat cheese, prosciutto, and blueberries. Next time I would prebake the crust by itself longer so the blueberries don’t burst from being in the oven so long.

Third try at bagels. I think I nailed it. Still to hot to taste, but the others that did not look so good tasted great according to my testers.

Poivron farci!

Bell pepper stuffed with rice, ground beef, sauteed onions and salt/pepper. Served on marinara sauce. So good!
