I looked everywhere for the OBD code, and could not find anything.
That is low mileage! What model year is your 135i?

Do you track your car with Cobb tune installed?

Been tracking my 2011 135i 6-speed manual with Cobb stage 1 agressive for about a year (maybe 30 days worth of events), with no cooling issues. I have the standard OE oil cooler that comes with the M sport package. I have the standard OE cooling system.

You cooling system probably has a bit more work to do to cool your DCT transmission.

Im based in Quebec, Canada. In the summer time, it doesn't get steaming hot except for a few weeks in the month of July, and sometimes in August.

Another update.
Got message from my SA, it is a water pump failure, and the cost to replace it $1,200. Labor and tax included. So, thats the end of the story.
From now on, i will most likely detune my car for track days. Its still plenty fast with stock tune.

My 2011 135i is running Stage 1 agressive with no bolt ons, and a 3.46 ratio Quaife LSD. Plenty of power and torque to explore and tame.

When its hot outside, I just used a free cooling trick I picked up on this forum. I turn on the heater full blast, switch to side vents, turn off the center vents, open the windows to let the hot air shoot out. Every little bit of aid to cool water and oil temp helps. My oil temp gauge needle never passes mid point.

I hardly ever rev the engine above 6000 RPM, as almost all the available torque sits between 2000-5500 RPM on the N55 engine.
Now that i think about it more, i have never used that free cooling trick that you are talking about. I will probably try just one time with Cobb sport map installed, and put the heater on full blast. Lets see what happens.
Its true that DCT cars run a little hotter than MT. Especially if you run like me, at 10/10th on the track.

P378F is "BSD message from electric coolant pump: missing"
So looks like your water pump has gone.
