I'm just gonna go with Volk RE30s, real good wheels. Light, and extremely strong for their weight. Probably go with 245 up front, 255 out back. I'll switch to some lighter 17s for track use, if I find the need.

Question for Gill...I will be getting a set of snow's on wheels for next winter. Why dos it show TPMS sensors for the 135? According to BMW the TPMS is run off the ABS sensor (I think) and not an actual sensor inside the tire. My other question is runflats. Do you recommend runflat snow's or is that just a waste of money? I saw one of your posts that showed the portable pump/repair kit you sell if I choise to go non-runflat.

Hey Gil would I be able to use 17X7 5X100 offset 40 mm if I add an 5X120 adapter? Just curious I have a nice set of R1 wheels collecting dust.

I'm still debating. I'm not sure what would look best with Blue Water. I'll probably wait until after I pick the car up, can make a better judgement then.

Gill,
Does the rims from tire rack come with locking lugs for theft deterent? This is not a deal breaker, but a nice to know. It says it comes with lugs, but I was wondering if they are locking lugs. This way I can get some if they don't. Thanks

The standard hardware is included at no cost. As Ronin stated, the locking lugs are extra. Most sets run $19.95 - $29.95.

I just recieved the TRMotorsports 18x8.5 wheels. But I won't get the car until Friday or even Saturday to check fitment with 245x35 mounted in the front. I'll definitely post results.

Tomorrow I find out if 18x8.5, et44 wheels and 245x35 tires fit in front without spacers. There will be no problem with that setup in the rear, I'm sure.

Agreed, on the rears. I put on a 9" rear ET40 with a 255/35/18 last weekend. No issues at all. It was flush with the fender and looked real nice.
