Not saying I am jumping on his band-wagon but my co-worker and I were talking about getting Porsches...and then I see Randomquickness getting one....I have seriously considered getting one as well.....want a '02-'03 996 Turbo if I do take that route..

Yeah I know, just the price range/mileage I am looking for seems to fall mostly under those year models.....just window shopping for now...wouldn't take that plunge, if I do indeed decide to go that route, for a while.

I needed my 135 as a daily driver, otherwise I would have went with something else. Porsche's are expensive and not real functional as daily drivers. If you can stand driving something else at least half the time they are hard to beat. My 1994 968 Cabriolet is barely even a Porsche and only has 250 or so HP, but I still like it better than my 135 and drive it around a third of the time.

I'd pick up a used cayman s. 996's are too rich for my blood. Anywho, back on topic. shouldn't we group rotational mass together since they help the car move faster than just removing dead weight. i.e clutch, flywheel, drive shaft, wheels, tires, brake rotor etc.
