Which race fuel are you using? Any dyno sheets to share?

Using Platinum E90. It's 118 Octane and a blend of ethenol and alcoho-pop, I mean Alcohol. N54 seems too love it. burns quick, clean and keeps oil temp down a touch also.
Yet to dyno with race gas. Last edited by JB4-335; 02-10-2011 at 11:36 PM.. |

Seams JB4 just popped it's first motor.
Response from the tuner was to change the specs from a light weight race gas map to '100oct' needed to run the map in the instruction on his web site. Great customer service IMHO E90post is filling up with the usual fan boy crap from both sides. Hopefully the OP will post the actual failure cause/results and not get scared off like Sevek.

Why do you find the need to defend your bias? We aren't knocking the product, I'm sure it's good. What we are saying is that both are good!

Personally I'd be more than happy to trial any tune in my car, but only if they are addressing all tuning parameters.

The blow up in question appears to be a case of user error.

I'm not sure if you read the thread, but from my understanding his map selection was inappropriate for his car.
