K, we are all fixed! I'm so glad we are eating dinner next weekend! I woulda had to go to a gymnastics meet with my lady friends parents if not for awesome scheduling!!!!! phew!

We do what we can

I went to Mohegan Sun today for a girls day out, my first time ever going. Lost $20 bucks to the slot machine. But we went to the martini bar which has an amazing atmosphere, and all and all it was a pretty stellar day. Minus the part where I smell absolutely like gross smokeyness.

Anyone else ever go there?

I've been a couple of times, as well as on a couple of trips to Vegas and ski trips with stops in Reno and South Lake Tahoe. Every casino I've been in has been the same.... all smoke dens. Usually there is a nonsmoking slot machine room and the poker rooms are nonsmoking, but it really doesn't help.

Did you notice the number of people playing slots while smoking and dragging an oxygen bottle with them?

Heading down to the casinos helped me discover the humorous game of Sic Bo. A dice game that causes Asians to lose hundreds in a matter of seconds.
