Well, the issue is the offsets. You could put the M3 wheels on any 1 - provided you cut the fender off. In this case he's moved the inner face of the fender out a couple of inches by using a wide-body kit. It looks like what BMW will do with the 1M. You have to be a real addict to sink that much money into a body kit.

this is really a great looking car (minus the hood clips). Really mean, but not flashy. Color combo is on point. Hope the new 1MCoupe looks this good

A German friend of mine told me that this car has no TUV. The owner just puts plates on it and takes a chance. It's mostly a track toy. I don't know IF that is true or not - or just hear say. The owner does have a lot of money tied up in that car! Mods are not cheap over here!
