I am considering this because if I had a coupe I would just upgrade to the 1m but I have a vert and it doesn't look like a 1m vert will be coming out anytime soon. Plus I think a vert with this body would look sick! |

Tim - will send you a text soon
$3000 is ONLY for the body panels - fenders / quarters / bumpers - does not include shipping or all hardware needed to mount.

The suspension parts listed, are they all that's required (adding springs and shocks, sway bars) to make a 135 equivalent to 1m, suspension wise? Or are there other bits required? If I just have the front component and front sway bar plus KW coilover, and not changing anything else on the rear, will that work well? My aim is to reduce the understeer, improve turn in, and lower the car a bit.

Confirmed by BMW - you need the M3 rear subframe to use the diff.
Optional - buy the diff and use the guts to retrofit - however I think a few companies already offer this option. Quote:

Very cool on the 1m body
Also are the 1m mirrors the same as the m3 mirrors?

That would be great to get a complete 1m body kit price. Here's hoping we can get a good deal because I would love to do this to my cab!
