Considering a set of VMRs at 18 x 8.5/9.5 and ET45 all around
How's the fitment for 225/255 or larger?

Thanks! No, I'm running stock suspension and absolutely no rubbing at all.

Just a quick shot in the shop.
Wheels are 18x9.5 +45 rears with 255-35-18s and 18x8.5 +35 fronts with 225-40-18s. If I was buying tires again I'd do a 235 front and 265 rear combo as both are quite stretched (in fairness they are Continental DWS which are more true to size than the typical hot street tire these days which are trending wider). My car is lowered on coilovers and has -3 degrees of front camber to easily fit those wheels. Mark

Thinking about picking up a set of vmr 710 and having them powder coated candy apple red to throw on my AW with coral interior....hmmm. Torn between that and a set of kw coils. Decisions...

Sorry for the shitty iPhone 5s quality pics.
Gun metal V803s 19' 8.5/9.5 et.45 MPSS 225/35 front 255/30 rear Stock suspension that is worn to shit (87k). Zero fender roll/pull rubbing on hard cornering and hard freeway dips, as well as going up driveways too fast. I strongly believe a majority of my rubbing at stock ride height is due to my very worn/squishy stock suspension. Coilivers are next up to eliminate the horrible fender gap. Does anyone know if VMR still make their v703 in 1 series fitment? ie. 18x8.5 ET45 front and 18x9.5 ET45/50 rear?
Our local distributor in Australia only has 3 series fitment.

Vmr 703 Vb3
Hello guys!
I am from Germany and I am interested in purchasing the VMR 703 VB3 wheels. I have already red every single post in this thread and I am still not sure about the fitment. I see that 8,5x18 ET40 on the front and 9,5x18 ET45 on the rear is going to fit, but I am still not sure about that. I like to do donuts and things like that, sometime some cornering. In addition to that I am interested to do some lowering with some springs. Not to deep but not too high. PLEASE: I need an exact reply on that.. Those wheels are perfect! I just do not want to do fender work or something like that. I want to put those wheels on my 135i E82 and drive. Without any work on those fenders. Thank you guys! |

We do still offer it! However, the front is in the form of an ET40.
