Ok, so I want to make sure that I am doing this right. I believe it is easy and no one else seems to have asked. But those that have accessed the East Coast Shipping Site may be able to answer this.
Shipping Site's Main Page: http://www.2wglobal.com/www/wep/index.jsp From there I go to the "Customer Care" Menu and select "Cargo Tracking". From there I select "Auto Cargo" on the right under "Track By". Finally under "Cargo ID" I place my entire VIN in the box. That is what I would expect. I think I am just upset that I did not make it on the first boat, of course that would have been pure luck. Thanks in advance for your help.

Onced signed in to the OC, click on "My Account" to the left of the search box. Then on left hand side of page, find "Add/Remove Vehicles" and click it. Then enter either last 7 of VIN or production number. You should be all set after that.

Give it a few days to update. My prod # showed up as a 2005 528i for the longest time until production started. The best way to get status is from the 800#.

My car finally has shown up correctly on the OC. But I have a problem when wanting to add the vehicle because it asks for mileage on it when I bought it and date I bought it (required). Well that hasn't happened yet of course. So what do I do to add the car?

Production. I don't have a VIN yet. the OC just updated today so maybe I have to wait a bit. Though...when I do enter the production number, they also give me the last digits of the VIN, which I can then enter. But I get the same stuff...asking when I bought it, etc.

Anyway to find search to see if my vehicle made it on to the Caribbean Highway? My CA told me it made it but only after 2 days?! That's crazy, I just want to see this for myself.

I'm having the same issue...how are we supposed to add/track our vehicle if we don't know the mileage and date of purchase?

Just make stuff up - put "0" for mileage and whatever date you signed the papers as the date of purchase. I don't think that the OC system actually cares.
