The push pins can break and the slot that you slide push pins in on the door sill can also break if your not careful. I would find where the clips attach to the body and slide in 2 skinny flat head screw drivers on each side of the clip and gently push down on the screw drivers forcing them up...that is if you don't have the removal tool.
And now I'm waiting till monday for my skirts to be done, guy at the paint shop wasn't happy with the way they came out after paint cured and said he wanted them to be perfect so i guess i can wait.

Nice! That's a good price for sure, esp for a painted set. To be honest, I'm one of the few who actually likes the look of the stock side skirts. But these performance ones do look good too and also add a bit of aggressiveness to the car's form.
My 1er is already in the body shop for some work, so I was able to urge them to match this GB price. Although I can't join now, hopefully this GB gets off the ground! Cheers to new side skirts! |

My body shop actually ballparked the price for painting alone at $400+ for these side skirts so this GB price is quite an awesome deal that we probably won't see ever again. Ppl should jump on this! |

No worries over here with the wait, I'm currently overseas and won't even get a chance to look at the sideskirts until the end of May. The GB was just too good to pass up. Hopefully you all post some pics after they're installed.

for bad news. Our paint shop informed me of 4 sets of damaged rockers, so I'll have to order 4 more from BMW.

Bummer. So only 6/10 paintable. Still can't wait for my AW set
I'm assuming that the damage is caused by shipping? That's frustrating
