Doesn't really look like they cropped your pic. The photo has a reflection of a person with a white t-shirt and you were wearing green in yours. Could be photoshop but the angle also seems a bit different.

well obviously the video isn't lost... someone saved it earlier. lets just not lose track of this.

i don't see any issues with reposting the same video on youtube under someone's personal youtube account, if credit is referenced to the original uploader in the comments field. he gave up certain copyright and privacy rights when he posted it in the public arena.

i personally think it's important that the video survives and remains in the public light. too much of this behavior goes unchecked.

EDIT: lets please come together this evening to update on what has been done about this (if anything yet).

Can we PLEASE....ACTUALLY fuck this guy over and not just talk about it? This is not even on the level of "unacceptable". This is even worse than the Bugatti driving into the sea...What's the update? Fellow 1addicts members near the pacific BMW should go together and make a fool out of their dealership and their shitty employees who don't truly respect cars and their proper owners.

Edit* In fact, people should go in there and request to test drive an already sold car 'cause it was heard that the dealership doesn't care.

I kinda feel bad the guy... until I think of how I would feel if those were my cars.

I'm curious if the 1M and M5 were two isolated incidents, or was this a pattern of behavior with this tech and he only just happened to have his ride along buddy to videotape these two times.
