Someone else made the point: The closest I'll ever get to that feeling of rhythm and control was on a ski hill. Damn I'm jealous! But thanks for taking the trouble to show us what you and our fave car can do.

On another note I was going to say (and another poster put up the video) that "Tell me why" was quite fitting for this... Your track time reminded me right away of the video with the Swedish House Mafia guys go carting around a track hahaha. Awesome stuff keep it up!!! |

Advevo, great video as usual. I wonder if you change your tires for track/drifting or stay with the stock PS2s? Another question, since you are on the track quite regularly with at least one of your 1Ms, did you experience any usual/unusual problems with the car, like a limp mode, charge pipe cracking etc.? Thanks.

For drifting i use the 18 inch style 270 winter wheels. Cheaper tires I use 235/40/18 summer tires all kinds of brands. Mostly i use cheapest tires i can get or worn michelin or bridgestones.
I have driven on track with 28 degree outside temps. I do 5 laps and do a cool down lap then. You can feel when the temps get over 125 degrees it gives little less power then. But no limp mode. But i cool down the car if it goes to 130 degree oil temps i don t take the risk. But on cooler days it s no problem. |

I was watching these videos on YouTube again and decided to dig up this thread. Put it back on top where it deserves to be.
Also thought the new comers might enjoy. |
