For the 135is with stock wheels, lowering with KWV2s and 12mm spacers all around, would that work?

Lowering with stock wheels you'll have no issue. As far as the spacers go I'm not too sure. Worst is you'll need a fender roll.

Here's my setup with the stock wheels(261M).
ST Coilovers: 16 threads from the bottom on the front, about 1/16" raise from complete drop on the rears. 12mm spacers in front. 15mm spacers in rear. M3 front control arms. Slight rubbing in the rear with passenger, need to raise or roll or both. I probably could have fit a 15mm spacer in the front. Update: Raised the rear to 1/4" from complete drop and no more rubbing with a full tank of gas unless I'm going down a huge bump like my driveway. Last edited by worries; 09-03-2013 at 06:28 PM.. Has anyone experienced uneven tire wear when just replacing the stock springs with lowering springs?
I always had problems with my tires wearing on the inside with my old Holden Astra once lowered and after lowering had to have the tires rotated often/wore quicker with this problem. May have been minimal camber adjustment on that model of car, I dont want to lower my E88 if the same will occur. Last edited by perth_vert; 11-11-2013 at 09:53 AM.. |

Any of you guy with just lowering springs only had problem with uneven tyre wear or is there enough camber adjustment on the E82/E88?
I had an old car few years ago that I dropped and the tyres wear was uneven - wore on the inside of both rears that was replacing at twice the frequency, the suspension specialist said there was no adjustment they could do.. |

Yes it got aligned after being installed.
If no one here has had this problem then I can safely lower mine without being concerned with uneven tyre wear - please can people confirm that the tyre wear hasn't changed since lowering their E82/E88 Thanks |

Megan Racing Euro Street series coilovers.
Fronts are only lowered around halfway - have around 1.5-2.5" worth of threads left (didn't measure, best guesstimate) Rears have 1-1.5" left before having to remove lock collar |

Gorgeous looking 1! Love the way the car sits with the wheels and car color.

Does anyone have experience with h&r sports and half inch (12.5mm) wheel spacers on stock wheels and tires. Just trying to get an idea if they will rub with normal sport alignment, I love the look of the stockers with the spacers and have h&r sports on the way. I would hate to have to scrap the spacers but will not drive with any rubbing and don't want to roll fenders.
