The mech took pics of the system before install which he's going to send to me, it's a single muffler setup with dual entry & dual exits designed to give as equal gas flow on both sides as possible
In the meantime here is a cold start vid... and you can see the under body: |

Knightelf - It looks and sounds great. It seems pretty quiet at idle but gives a nice grumble. I gather you don't have catless downpipes? How much louder than the stock exhaust would you say it is? If I head down the same path as you I'd be looking to keep it quiet and this exhaust seems on the money. The diffuser fitment looks good too.

Cold starts are only about 10-20% louder, but settles into a nice rumble now as you noted - before I had quads it was whisper quiet once it settled down. At low RPM it now has a good growl that it didn't used to have. I haven't fitted an aftermarket DP (still not sure about catless DP I have N55). My engine is an N55 and has had the DME update that makes the exhaust lose it's "aggressiveness". I had to get the DME udpate to run JB4. Now it's got some of that aggressiveness back but not obnoxiously loud (don't really want to draw the wrong kind of attention!). Yes it could be a little louder, but I'll wait until it carbons up to see what the exhaust note is like. I may also consider changing the exhaust tips to black at some point, as I love the OEM tips. The diffuser fitment is 9/10, for the price I paid I am very happy... I don't think there's any other way to do a "centre exit" style quad without going this route. Cheers |

Here is a pic of the HARTGE diffuser and exhaust for those interested in how the fitment looks.

Knightelf,
Do you have a link to the muffler and dual tips? I'd like to do a similar setup, but don't know where to get the parts from. Looks/sounds amazing!

Suspenceful - Unfortunately I don't, I had the system custom made at an exhaust shop. The muffler is just a magnaflow, so any good shop should be able to order it in and make it for you. The tips are a generic 76mm dual tip. |

Here's a link to a 3" dual inlet to dual outlet muffler as well. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...ier=30712_0_0_

Judging by what the OP saids and image, dual 3.8" would fit the stock diffuser? Can anyone confirm this? Planning to get 3.7" cyba titanium tips
They look like cyba's titanium tips but they are only 3.7", skeptical since OP didn't specify what brand or show exact measurements of tips |

I've read too many comments that newbs should search. So I searched and found this thread
On a serious note OP is a true ass. If you don't want people knowing your mods don't post a flippin picture of them. I'd like to know too. |

Only place I've seen is from Schmiedmann.
Could always see if a group buy to the US was possible from them.
