Sorry for bringing this up but why did you go FSD's as opposed to doing the Full Eibach pro system that comes with matched shocks and the springs? I'm curious cause i love the ride height of your car and i'm considering doing the same setup..

The full Eibach system may be more in line with the OEM BMW Performance suspension set up (also a great option).

Thanks for helping me spend money . Eibach's & spacers on the way...
Just to confirm, these are the Pro springs and not the lower, Sportline versions? It's just that I've heard that the Pro do not lower the car more than stock 135i height. Using your car as inspiration in fact although I have 261M wheels in gunmetal on BSM instead. Have you thought about a carbon rear diffuser? It would look really good on your car. I think that will be my next mod after lowering, something like iCarbon (any 3-fin style as I believe they are out of business now) or a BMWP replica (2-fin), a couple of the eBay ones get good comments. I find this setup to be quite stiff despite the claims of the FSD. Over bumps theres quite a bit of bounce, don't get me wrong it gives good feedback but it isn't similar to a stock setup IMO

Pro-Kit Springs do indeed lower the ride height from stock. I would say about 1.25 inches front, 1 inch rear. Yes - I've considered the BMW Performance rear spoiler painted in BSM. I think it looks great on the 1 Series. Enjoy your car.

Interesting you just posted this. I just installed new tires on my 135i - 255/35/18 rear with 12mm spacers - and it is rubbing slightly over large dips in the road. I will go down to a 10mm and report back. So to answer your question, no. Additionally, my car is set up to factory alignment specs. You will gain a bit more room if you dial in negative camber in the rear.
