I am ordering soon. That would be wholesale for me Please help
Thanks KLorlFL@yahoo.com How do you approach the salesman with this? Wholesale. Do you basically say, you want this car with this options and this is what I want to pay. I have always bought cars in the lot and never order one so this is new and not sure how to approach it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks again |

Guys, I glanced it over and the link posted above
http://www.bimmerfest.com/models is 100% accurate, at least for the 1-series (I don't have other sheets to check). I can keep sending the sheet out, but I don't see the point. |

Ditto. I have the sheet and can send to whomever needs it. However, unless you need the ED Invoice pricing, you don't need the sheet. Edmunds and bimmerfest links have the US invoice pricing.
BTW, having this info is getting me a custom ordered European Delivery/Perf Center Delivery 135i for $500 over ED invoice! |

The reason being that regardless of where the information came from (i suspect dealer or HQ insider), that information is now public information. Once it has been made available to the public (the dealer or whoever let it out, in his/her action of releasing the material), then it is deemed public information. Therefore, there can not be an intellectual property claim against it; only copyright. It is the same in the USA with depositions. You make a deposition to a court, that information is public knowledge and can be used without defamation, lible or IP suits if it is reprinted (say by a newspaper/news outlet). This was actually shown in the movie The Insider. The issue comes down to causation; whereas the person who leaked the document would be done for breach of confidentiality/IP. |
