18mm socket/wrench, 21mm socket for the joint end(using impact preferred), that is it. You may have to drop the engine under panel in some cases, you will need an 8mm socket for that.

So you can basically install everything with the car jacked up like normal, then put a jack stand under the ball joint after and remove the regular jack to torque the tension arm?
Also, forgive my noobness, what and where exactly is the ball joint on this car? |
