You should get a set of 313s if you want. I can't say enough good things about them and are a little pricey, but well worth it as they really change the look the of the car compared to the 264s or 261, whatever you might have. They're maybe 75% of why I got an IS since I considered getting a normal 135i and put them on, but was going to cost almost as much as the entire IS package. If you are interested though, I'd get them from a forum sponsor as the fronts are probably $375-385 each and the rears are probably $10-20 more. Plus, you could sell your rims on the forum to help offset the costs. Just be careful on the part #s because the part # listed on the BMW Website are for the ones with the BMW PERFORMANCE written on them. So, if you ever decide to do it, just make sure you get part #36116856666 for the front wheels and #36116856667 for the rears. Once in a blue moon an IS owner has sold their wheels on the forum too and gone with 19's. |

I'd like to see the LMB too. Mine came from Nalley. Ever go to AMP?

I don't think any of us could ever get sick of looking at pics of IS's. It's like the nerds looking at the pies in Revenge of the Nerds for those of you old enough to get that reference. Only ones we don't want to see are those fugazi ones pretending to be IS's that appear on occasion. Perhaps I'll upload my stainless steel pedals and dead pedal which I just cleaned this afternoon as those things tend to show dirt pretty easily. |

I've seen some fugazi references on the board in the past. I can't remember which threads. Maybe this one? Anyway, show me a pic of a fake IS so I can see what you guys have been talking about.

Owen2001, beautiful car...love the yellow calipers on black.
But...where are all the 135is convertible owners on here? Are they that rare? I feel like the bastard child in this bunch. You coupe owners don't know what you are missing, not hearing that exhaust behind you with the top down, as you accelerate under a bridge or along a barrier wall. Woo hoo! |

I don't know about "bastard children" but then again, they are taking their tops off for strangers to see on a daily basis...just sayin... Or...maybe the sound is so intoxicating and amazing with the convertible that they're all out driving and don't have time to come type on here. I'll accept that. |

For Kouper
Hey guys,
Here's my new convertible I just got for when it's perfect convertible weather, and to get the bright blue floormats I wanted! You know it's mine cause it's not stick. Another DCT for me! Also, it shows off how long the stock antenna is on the convertible and how everyone should immediately upgrade to the smaller, stockier, "sport" antenna as Kouper did that I totally didn't help with or anything and am looking to get public credit for. O=) IEDEI, since I know you'll ask, it's Le Mans. |

I do have to keep my trips short though, as once that intoxicating exhaust starts humming, I lose all inhibition and start pulling off my shirt and tossing it out of the car. If I continue beyond that, it's not a pretty sight. Thankful for that power roof when reality sinks in... IEDEI, I will take that as an invitation to post a few more pics of my car in the future. I agree, for a convertible it is a pretty good looking car. |

IS's topless, IS's with clear bras, nice! My Isabelle would never do such a thing! She's not even allowed to date until she's 40! |

Just brought her in for the first oil change (5400 miles). A little later than originally planned but I wanted to have it changed before fall/winter. Plus the price at $60 is cheaper than it would have cost me to do it myself.

I don't drive the IS on track. Did the Extreme Driving thing, and doing the Ariel Atom course in a few weeks. The Kart rentals are cheap fun too.
