Official LEMANS BLUE Picture Thread

Nice shot. The blue looks almost purple on the sides. I have never seen my car or a LeMans blue 135i, so I have no idea what it looks like yet. From the photos I have seen, it appears to change color in different lighting situations. I like that.

It does, in bright sunlight, you can see some shade of green in the metallic flakes, but mostly a rich blue. At night or under artificial lights, the purple hues come out.

Definitely at night--I think it looks more purple at night...or in cloudy weather too...

It was sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks with 6 miles on it, so I asked my partner to take it out to "charge the battery". The weather has been bad for weeks, so it got a bit dirty on its maiden voyage. I was sorry I couldn't be there. Seven weeks until I can drive it....

I did my window tints today - ought to be factory equipment for cars headed to Florida. As I lease, I only went to the legal Florida limit, but it's quite a big difference - car is less of a greenhouse now.

What are the tint levels on this? Gorgeous!
