Liked the sound of your new exhaust, lots of cracking sound and burbles; also seems that quite civilized when not pressed.

Sounds great when you give it the beans... And I LOVE the burble on the overrun... Driving down the ramp into my work carpark this morning in 1st gear was just one big, long burble... Couldn't stop grinning... |

The fact that it uses the OEM clamps from the PE along with the Y Pipe means it's totally reversible if I want to... I still have the OEM rear section, the N54 Mids, and the resonator I cut out of the N55 Mids so I can chop and change if I feel like it... Doubt that I will though. Very happy with the sound now. I think the only reason I'd change it is if I found an Akra at a bargain price some time in the future... |

Yep. Did a couple of hundred highway K's on Saturday afternoon. It is louder than it was when cruising but not annoyingly so... And it only drones if you're in the wrong gear... ie: 65-70kph in 4th - shift to 5th and it's fine... 5th gear the drone comes back around 95kph so shift up to 6th and it's all good up to about 130ish...

Finally received my new Monoblock Amplifier - A Kenwood eXcelon XR600-1.
It's Kenwood's top of the line Reference Sub Amp and it's only 35mm high so it fits perfectly in the space under the boot floor. Added to this I picked up an HK Wiring Harness from Technic and I still had the JL Audio 10w6v2 Subwoofer and TPLSM3 Corner Loaded Enclosure from my 135i. Installation was simple and took about an hour - most of which was removing and reinstalling various trim panels... Sounds awesome now... Last edited by Harlequin; 07-31-2014 at 07:35 AM.. |

OMG Angus. It's not quite up to your OCD standard. The horizon is a bit crooked mate!
Love all the things you've done for the car.

The resulting "crookedness" is a result of the 120 degree fisheye... And the camera is pretty much completely behind the rearview mirror when I'm in the driver's seat... |

After seeing it in this thread: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1016899
I got in contact with Joel from Hive Posters and ordered this. Turned up yesterday... Customised with my car coloured in in orange and my VIN and Build Date printed underneath the car... ... I know... I have a problem... |
