Norris made T-Max lose 7 points in Singapore with a sneaky move in the dying stages of Q3. Russell qualified P1 which gave him the Singapore race P1 advantage (25 points), Verstappen had to settle for Singapore race P2 (18 points).

The Race Gods have settled this in Texas. 8 points (+ Sprint data collected) versus 0 points (and virtually no Sprint data collected, except for kinetics damage data). Karma is a bitch.

Pretty wild sprint race, McLaren are about to screw around too much and let Max back in this thing! I know it's only 8 points, but that's a lot with 6 races and 2 sprints still left to go. Hopefully Max can pick up even more points in tomorrow's race.

Congrats to Sainz for another podium and Yuki, 11 places made up! That crowd ovation for Sainz during the interviews was the longest I've ever seen in F1, wow!

Mind games envelope: can Piastri and Norris handle the high pressure ? Although, mathematically, Verstappen could still bridge the WDC gap, the WDC crown is normally for one of the McLaren drivers ...except if they'd throw it to the birds with a couple of DNFs or P11-P20 race finishes (USA, Mexico, Brazil, Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi) and P9-P20 Sprint finishes (Brazil and Qatar). Still 166 points up for grabs.

As shown today, getting pole is of supreme importance for several reasons: staying out of lap 1 sandwich woes.

As we can see : They can't handle the high pressure ..
They failed and they will fail again .
