Attorneys, please this ain't the 80s many of them don't make shit these days. There is a over saturation of lawyers in most areas. And most of them that do make money are older and not exactly gym buffs.

Attorney and MDs are dime a dozen. There is no shame in those 2 occupation. I would rather prefer to be a state lobbyist or Exe VP of starup biotech firm. That is why I went to the business trip last week.

It always amaze me how some attorney's office is right next to Subway or Small pizza restaurant. I think those attorney can make good $ , if they own a law firm+Subway franchise. Give client a free coupon for a "Buy 1 get 1 Free footlong."

Speaking of Subway...

For graduation, my roommate in college received a new Acura. He sold the car and bought a beater - then took the difference and bought a Subway franchise. 5 years later, after he had retired the initial debt, he bought another Subway. Using 2 locations to pay for the second store, the debt was retired in 3 years. Then he bought a third store...etc...

Last time he and I spoke, he had 10 stores and sold them for a nice little profit...
