Xenons seem to be dimmer with time
Perhaps it's my imagination but it seems that after 5 years the Bi-Xen's are getting dim. Specifically the low beams.
Am I imagining?..... |

Nope, you are not imagining. Xenon bulbs increase the color temperature as they wear out. As a result, the number of lumens the bulbs output go lower.
If you think it's too dim, I would highly suggest buying new bulbs and starting the color temp to 4150K or 4300K again, which has the maximum lumen output.
