Need help to find broken wheel

Hi everyone!

So I got involved in a pretty bad accident last fall, and I broke one wheel. I really can't find any that match the specs I have and I would really appreciate some help. I will provide info about these in pictures! Thanks a lot

Specs are: 18x8 ET40
