Has anyone installed the Turner tune on a 128 recently ?
I'm tempted to try the tune on an otherwise stock 128 auto.
Has anyone tried it recently ? I've read a couple of instances of people locking everything up, (generally by not following the instructions), and as it's my daily driver I can't afford to a) $ break it, b) have it disabled. Almost ready to pull the trigger seeing as there's a $100 discount running this weekend Worth it ? |

If you want more power later, a full paid tune will get you more power and throttle response. Is also flash the Euro 330 automatic file in your trans. Can't beat the value in this option |

Personally, I might just drop 550 on the tune and see what it does, then quietly amble through my daily commute
Honestly, if I wanted to move along briskly I'd still have either my modded, LS2 engined, GTO or CLK 55AMG |

Be warned INPA is helpful but a REAL pain in the ass to get working and then it’s all in German. Might be better off with the Carly BMW app on your phone to read codes.

I think you're absolutely right. Too much potential to mess things up unless you're prepared to invest the time to really educate yourself. I don't think I'd use it enough to make that worthwhile.

I got the Turner tune after installing the 3-Stage Manifold. I think it works really well, the throttle response is a good bit better, and it feels more linear. Obviously, it makes more power, too.
I'd look more into a Sprint Booster for daily duty without any of the big mods...
