There is basically only a few more days work left in it before powder/ceramic coating, then reassembly for testing and tuning.

Just shy of a year, but at least we have been able to make the first RHD bottom mount in the world that fits

Any thoughts on this manifold looks similar style to Motiv besides not have waste gate pipe.

Doing a comprehensive turbo kit right takes time. Unless you have great wads of cash to bribe the fabricator away from regular paying work.

If you want to play with cars you have to pay in time and money. Plus you need a second car so that doing without isn't an issue.

Chalk & cheese compared with the Motiv manifold. Good for a backyard beer & BBQ turbo solution I guess.

Short turn around time considering the previous fabricator JD75 had for his first ST attempt many years ago had done almost nothing in 3 years. And the solutions were a pile of dung that we scrapped.

Thanks. Yes, keen to just get it going before its ripped apart again for multiple kit fabrication.

Huge effort from Marty behind the scenes along with support through Justin JD75 too. My car was modded to the max before this build but Marty has outdone himself with custom everything for lines and all sorts of other goodies. The lad does love this platform and its shows.

Motiv have promised some tune trickery to go along with their hardware bits and bobs soon as well. Looking forward to really getting this ST as smooth and as repeatable as Marty's car.

All our pockets have holes burnt in them to get this ST done to a high standard. It should be worth it with a great kit for others who want a well developed ST. Pioneers get the arrows and settler get the land they say.

I suspect we wont be able to turn the wick up with this turbo as the motor just wont handle it, not to mention the trans. Will have to wait for a built motor and Nizpro box to see max dyno runs. At least I have all the good bits for a full monty motor but just need to accumulate some dosh to pay for a build. That may take a while without crowd funding lol.

I am expecting it to be a load of fun on low to medium boost on both 98 and e85 however.

Yep. Talk to JD75. I think one is already sold for a Melb car.
