REQ: Removal of H11 fog light bulbs

Hey guys!

New BMW 120i owner here

Just wondering how you remove the bulbs?? I've had a look and it's looks like a pain in the tit to take them out; is there any specific way on taking them out? Perhaps a 'how to' ??
