128i 16" winter tire fitment question

I have a 2009 128i 6MT base edition.
I was looking for a winter tire setup and came across this setup locally from a 2007 328i

Wheels: Sport Edition A12 16X7.5, Offset 35mm Backspacing 5.708 Bolt Pattern 5X120
Tires: Goodyear Blizzak LM32 (205/55/R16)

I currently have 17X7 inch OEM setup.(Style 256)

Will these fit the car without any modifications? Is there anything I should be worried about?

Have done some searches already but haven't found a concrete answer yet.

They will physically fit, the issue is if you will have rubbing or not. From your stock to these, you are losing about 2.5mm space in your wheel arches since the new wheels have a bigger overall diameter, and you are also going to have wheels that will poke almost 20mm further outward from the current wheels.

That means there is greater chance of contacting the fender/body panels on full compression of your suspension. I would guess with base/non sport suspension, you won't really have any rubbing unless you have horrible roads and drive through massive bumps all the time.

The other thing is visually the new wheels will stick out more by almost 20mm each, so they may look a bit funny is all.

Above is correct; E90's have wrong offset for our cars. Now, E46's 1999-2005 have correct offset, 47mm. BUT NOT E46 M3's.
