Odd startups in cold weather

So I've had the car for a few months, everything has been fine except recently I've been having a few long starts or low rpm ones like this. It is a littler colder where I live now (dropping into the 40s at night) but It doesn't seem cold enough for that to be the factor. Is this the HPFP starting to shit the bed? This start is two hours after driving it for about 15 minutes.
Also, when the engine has been running for only a few minutes and the temperature gauge hasn't moved, when I accelerate to like 4k rpm holding the gear, the rpms quickly drop to about 2k when I let off of the gas and then back to 3k or so in a bouncing motion.

Any misfires or codes being thrown?
Also what octane gas are you using?

Did it start after a recent fill-up? Could be a bad batch of gas.

Using 93 octane (Baltimore) . I've been trying like every gas brand and it's still happening. I have cpo so I guess I'll take it in, was just trying to see if there was anything I could do. And no codes or misfires I believe.

Pretty sure you'd be throwing codes if you had bad injectors.

Yeah that makes sense. Just checked and didn't see any codes. Would I need a code reader or would they show up in the cars check control?
