I personally watched a completely stock 5.0 (no DRs, straight from the dealer lot) with dealer tags run consistant 12.7-12.8s. I don't remember his mph but he had 3.73s, which is the gear to have in those cars, well maybe 4.10s but they only come with 3.31s, 3.55s and 3.73s. Plus, the 5.0s are running low 12s with DRs and a tune.....thats all, simply awesome which is Boss 302 area! Ford finally stepped up the game, especially with the Boss 302 and is about to step it up even more when the '13 GT500 comes out.
I love how people get riled on here, so add to it. I only bought a 135i until I buy a CTS-V Wagon in 2 years and the 5.0s were having engine issue's plus transmision problems. Oh and the new Camaro is a POS on the inside, my '92 Camaro RS interior is far better. |

I gave numbers for the GT the Boss and Laguna because they all come in under the 1m's price and are Mustangs. Not going OT just additional information you cant handle. The 1m is just a pumped up 135, just as the Boss and Laguna are pumped up GT's. Pretty much apples/apples to me.
Your showing us skid pad #'s dont impress all that much. A track isnt a skid pad. Not much exp on the track or street it seems from your holier than thou anti street racing rant. Nobody cares you would pick a 135 over the Mustang, nobody! Your MO is to get angy because someone disagrees with your car and what you perceive about it. Small and narrow minded you are. Think twice when that GT, Boss or Laguna pulls along side at a red light. Oh yeah, you wouldnt dare. |
