Runflat replacement warranty and cost info
gents,
i need your input here.. so the sidewall front-left was damage. thankfully i have a tire warranty program enrolled. SA told me it cost $425 total. i said i will call my insurance. then the insurance company told me that im all set. just let the dealership called them and give the authorization #. the SA called me again and he ordered the tire but... i have to pay to the cashier later will reimbursed. one more thing, insurance paid only the tire... cost $375 and i have to pay for the tire/wheel balancing etc..($50) that was SA told me. is this right? all input will greatly appreciated. thanks in advance Last edited by ad78; 09-22-2010 at 08:29 PM.. |

not right
this is not right.
I have not paid one cent of the cost incurred by flat tires since enrolling in my wheel and tire protection. don't spend a penny!!! (i bought my protection thru my dealer) it literally covers every cent that my car has managed to cost me due to tires popping on these crappy NJ roads. p.s. sometimes i have to pay first and get a check in the mail for the exact same amount, other times they take care of it right off the bat. But never have i spent money on balancing.

Thanks for the information!
I bought my tire warranty too on the dealership also. I bought the car in Maryland (tischer) great dealership by the way. I'm right here now in Connecticut (new country) dealership. I'm not really feeling well with this dealership but what can I do.. This is the nearest we have when they towed the car.. Let's see tomorrow.. |
