Can't figure out this code: CDA8

I have a JB4 and pulled the CDA8 but there's information on that code. From web searches, this is all that I've found thus far:

CDA8:
CDA8 Message (Status KOMBI, 1B4)
Error will cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
Timeout

Any idea what that means? The car is still within the 60 day warranty (2009 but bought from a dealership).

Notes: with the JB4, I did hijack the temp gauge to be the boost gauge and the CAN flap is on

So how would I know it's a CAN code or what other CAN codes there are? I also posed this question to him so we'll see.
