N55 codes cel jb4 help

Hey guys I have an n55 135i 2012 dct. It’s bone stock apart from the jb4. It has these surges under heavy acceleration where it lets off for a second and I notice the boost gauge going high, then acceleration continues. I’ve been getting the wastegate jammed shut code a lot I got boost leak back a couple times. so I started messing with 10,11,12 but now I’m getting a SES light and had a CEL. Right now the codes I can read from the speedometerjb4 reading are 2c90, 2efe, 2f03. I don’t have the money to bring it in to my tuner yet. Please help, with advice. Thanks for reading

10:1
11:2
12:2

Update so i took a drive when I get on the gas heavy the boost will hitwhats my oil gauge displays as 20+ and that’s when it surges and then gets back accelerating at 12-14 psi. Then I will get the 2c90 code. With my settings set to what I listed for 10,11,12 the car still surges but it’s jot throwing any other codes beside the 2c90
