What the heck happened? All these BMW's being lemoned is a little troubling to me. My friend M5 was lemon lawed too for the trans.

Looks like this thread is a goner - and I haven't received a response from Berk regarding the SS pipes that were supposed to be available weeks ago. Guess my $ will go to another vendor -

I am sure they are checking everything twice, not wanting another round of problems. They targeted august and its early september so I hang in there a while longer.

UPDATE 10.08.09

We will simultaneously release 3 exhaust products for the 135i. All of these are full stainless steel systems and are completely modular systems. All of these parts are 100% bolt on that do not require any cutting, welding, or modifying to your existing OEM parts.

You will have your choices of the following systems.
