DCT Adaptations Reset

Does anyone have a solid DIY on how to do this, complete from downloading the software to the reset itself? My DCT has been a little clunky lately at low rpm and low gear and I want to see if this helps.

ISTA/D. Don't use anything else as they will only reset, not recalibrate.

How do you know it's the DCT and not the throttle adaptations?
