I was on the phone every day calling every dealer I could find. Finally found one in OH who sold me the car at MSRP. Took delivery at the BMW driving experience in Greenville SC.
Bought three since then, each more expensive than the first. |

Don't feel bad. I spent a year trying to find an allocation. Finally got one over MSRP. In all my searching I made some connections. Then a guy here told me he wanted one so I started to look for him and contacted other people. I found one in Idaho or somewhere out there and GAVE him the allocation at MSRP. The guy put a deposit down and a while later I asked when his pickup date was. He said he had changed his mind and just requested a refund on deposit. WTF. I handed him the golden goose and he just cancels without saying anything. So I told him I was disappointed after all my work and asked f he could call them back and transfer that to another guy that was looking for one. Luckily he did and restored my faith in people. So I gave that location to another guy and he got it. I'm sure the first guy must be kicking himself.
