I have the police as well. Had since 1993. It's nice and thin, but it's a bit heavy being all SS. Sits up and out of your pocket a lot more too. Well, they may have redesigned the clip portion by now. I don't have the heart to sell it.... I wore that thing for a lot of years.

As a Belgian who lived in the Netherlands for many years, these are anything but high-end. This is literally the bog standard "muizestrontjes" as we call them. Still tastes great though, although I'm a Nutella person myself when it comes to what I eat on my bread for breakfast.

And that price is crazy also. This costs less than two Euros in Europe...

This is all news to me! I never heard of using sprinkles for anything but topping on ice cream. :

Just like Nutella, this is eaten in Europe for breakfast! They also have "vlokken" but they are bigger. On the weekends when I was 8 or 9, I'd walk to the bakery and get pastries for everyone. I'd get the pain au chocolat, but with "muizestrontjes" or "hagelslag" as it's really called.

Bench has always been strength and now it's least effective lift. Did gp up to 275 for 4 with pause today but that's off a bit.

Had motorcycle crash in 20's I blame it on but probably just wear and tear. Squat has been consistent lately which usually isnt. So whatever not looking to compete anymore don't think.

So just out of curiosity, are you starting to alter your training routine as you get older?

Or same principle, just lift as heavy as possible?
