For common problems, you need to call BMWUSA
800-831-1117 and make them aware of the problem. One problem that is now cropping up in indentations and lines along the dash over the airbag. I just noticed it yesterday and out 135 vert is only 3 months old and usually garaged.....I called, and they told me to take it into the BMW Dealer....Great, another trip for them to say nothing can be done outside of replacing the dash! But call them, and let them know, and make them aware....same as with the Fuel Pumps. If I just call, they will write me off as a basher or a moron.
